* Gong bags are not eligible for free shipping if ordered without a gong. You will be sent an invoice for the shipping of the bag, if ordered without a gong. Please call for a shipping rate if you would like to know the cost ahead of time.

If for some reason you are not happy, please call us. We want you to love what you buy, and we are happy to work with you to find the perfect item.
If you want to return or exchange an item, you have 15 days from date of arrival to return it. Shipping is at your expense. It must arrive to us in the same condition as when it was shipped out. Once we have received your returned item, and have inspected it, we will issue a full refund.
Refund policy

If for some reason you are not happy, please call us within 30 days.
If, within the 30 days, you want to exchange an item we will give you full credit towards other products. However, If you wish to do a full return, there is a 15% restocking fee. The item must be returned in the same condition you purchased it.
Shipping is at your expense. It must arrive to us in the same condition as when it was shipped out. Once we have received your returned item, and have inspected it, we will issue a a refund minus the restocking fee and any costs that we incurred to ship the instrument to you.
WORKSHOPS: Our workshops typically sell out quickly. Therefore, we can only offer a refund on tickets if we can fill your spot with someone from the waitlist. Please note that if you cancel at the last minute, it may be difficult for us to find a replacement. Additionally, if you purchase a ticket and do not attend, no refund will be available.
