Shipping policy

We are located in Ontario, Canada, so all of our Canadian shipping will go through Canada Post, UPS, CanPar or Fedex.  Larger items, such as gongs, will be shipped through Purolator. 

Once your order has been prepared for shipping, transit times can vary from 1-14 business days depending on where you live.  We usually have orders prepared to ship within 1-3 business days.

Shipping to the U.S.A

We ship with UPS Expedited and USPS Post.  The shipping companies will contact you when the shipment is in your area. You will then be asked to pay the duties and taxes. If you wish a different carrier, please let us know.

You are responsible for any import duties, tariffs and taxes when importing items into your country. We cannot tell you what they may be as they change from state to state. You will be notified by the shipping company if there are any fees to be paid before they release the shipment to you. These fees are IN ADDITION TO the shipping fee we charge you to transport the items from our store to your home. 

Shipping outside of North America

 If you are outside of North America, please give contact us and we can give you a customized quote.

We insure the musical instruments during shipping for US and Canadian deliveries.

If your musical instrument arrives damaged, call us immediately and we will make arrangements to send you a free replacement.
